Monolithic weighing cell

Weighing cell is one of most important part in analytical balance. This design brings a more stable and reliable measuring result due to the homogenic material and a favorable temperature coefficient.

Precision weighing

The device uses an electromagnetic force monolithic sensor with reliable dynamic temperature compensation and readability up to 0.1 mg. It ensures excellent repeatability, linearity, and extremely fast weighing speed for high-speed, high-precision weighing.

Innovative design

Its modular design allows for flexible laboratory layout, accommodating various weighing scenarios. The display screen features a split design, making installation and removal simple. The wind shield base plate has a unique volcano-shaped design, allowing for easy drainage of liquids and spills, and is easy to disassemble and clean. Both the weighing pan and base plate are made of food-grade 316L stainless steel, which is non-polluting and corrosion-resistant. The overall antistatic casing is highly resistant to chemicals.

Unique display

The 5-inch high-resolution full-color touchscreen features an English operating system with a simple user interface and clear structure. It can be operated on even while wearing gloves. The keypad area includes hotkeys, allowing users to customize frequently used functions for easy one-touch operation. The keys are equipped with illuminated bands, providing immediate feedback on the effectiveness of the operation.

Draft shield

The draft shield is made of ultra-clear glass for enhanced visibility and features a special anti-static coating to prevent weighing errors caused by static on the sample. The draft shield is fully detachable for more thorough cleaning.

Easy calibration

It is easy to calibrate with an external calibration method and automatic operation guidance.

11 Build-in programs

It comes with 11 built-in programs, including weighing, mixing, statistical data, formulation, density measurement, percentage, conversion, animal weighing, check weighing, peak hold, and counting. 

Flexible communication

The device offers flexible communication options with DB9 and Type-C interfaces, compatible with SBI (RS232) and SICS communication protocols, enabling cost-effective system networking applications. It is widely applicable to various complex industrial environments, reducing design and usage costs. It also features direct PC connection capabilities and complies with GLP/GMP printing standards.

Security

For security, it includes a password protection function.
